How can I update my payment method for the credit/debit card on file?
- Log in to your Sellegr8 account.
- Navigate to the Subscription page.
- Click on the "Manage Billing" button. This will redirect you to Stripe, our trusted payment processor.
- Once you are redirected to Stripe, locate the "PAYMENT METHOD" section.
- Under the "PAYMENT METHOD" section, click on the "+ Add payment method" link.
- You will be prompted to enter your new payment method.
How to Update Billing Information
- Log in to your Sellegr8 account .
- Navigate to the Subscription page.
- Click on the "Manage Billing" button. This will redirect you to Stripe, our trusted payment processor.
- Once you are redirected to Stripe, locate the "BILLING INFORMATION " section.
- Under the "BILLING INFORMATION" section, click on the "Update Information" link.
- You will be prompted to enter your new billing information.
How to View Billing History

Does Sellegr8 Store My Debit or Credit Card Details?
No, Sellegr8 does not store your debit or credit card details. We prioritize the security of your payment information, and all payment transactions are handled securely through our trusted payment processor, Stripe. Stripe is responsible for securely managing and storing your payment details according to industry-leading security standards. How to Increase Feature Limits
To increase feature limits, there are different options available depending on your current subscription tier. Here's what you need to know:

If you are already subscribed to the Scale tier or require further increases in feature limits, you have the option to purchase add-ons. Add-ons are designed to provide additional resources and capabilities beyond the standard limits of the Scale tier. To add an add-on, please navigate to the Subscription page and scroll down to the add-ons section. Select the add-on you wish to include in your plan.
